|
I finally uncovered my canoe yesterday.I will never be guily of planting big boy tomatoes in it again. I found the dirt and plants that had been covered uo by grass.
The place that the sunflowers come up every year .It was so over grown.I was afraid I would never see the dirt again.
Another spot looking better.
I planted an Ivy that is turning yellow in this bird cage I do hope it lives.
This is my next grass pulling task .I have to clean out from under this Angel Trumpet it is still blooming so much even with all that grass.
I will be cutting the Hycinth Vine down as soon as the pods start drying but it is blooming again. It is on the left.
I'm headed for bed have a good night.

Treasure hunting in overgrown gardens can be exciting, but it's a lot of work. I'm glad the canoe hadn't sailed off for you, bearing away all your lovely plants.

You've done a great job Glenda but I hope you're not too sore after all that effort.
Your angels' trumpet and hyacinth vine are looking great.

I think a tan and intended to plant blue and white flowersat the bass of it and white red flowers inside .Not really sure yet.I want to empty it and move it farther out into one of my empty spots as I have to strech out my
yard some .It has to much in it and I have a hugh front yard that needs plants farther out and get more plants out of pots before I do anything else so I can mow around it with my little tracter mower.

Sounds lovely, Glenda! Please remember to post those pictures when you're done painting and planting, won't you?

Boy, you've been busy. Love the canoe and bird cage. I keep seeing bird cages at antique stores, thinking I NEED one, but so far haven't purchased one. Most of them are out of my price range.
Hope you have a great night of sleep and rest
