This 'bush' has multi-colored flowers on one branch and a branch next to it will have several different solid colors of flowers. Can anyone help me?

ZuZu after looking at your reference, I believe that it is a Joseph Coats rose. You folks are so knowing and right on the money. Thanks It is by a law office on the square in town. My neighbor called my attention to it, I drove by and 'drooled' over it and took the pic. Glad I did, because 2 days later the blooms were all gone after a hard rain and lots of wind

Do you have a picture of it? Because Joseph Coat rose is a good guess if the blooms are double. it is an outstanding showstopper if it is healthy which mines is not.

That is a picture of it, albeit small.

Yup, my mom planted a Joseph's Coat and I, a confirmed rose hater (too fussy for me) am very tempted by it every year, I think it would be worth the fuss!

It is glorious in all it's splendor: Joseph Coat. Wow, mines is so scraggly. How do you keep yours so healthy? Great job.
