Kneidl, most vegetable seeds do not have dormancy period (or very short dormancy period). When conditions (temperature, light, and water) permit, they will sprout. You can use seeds that are for spring planting now. Bulbs do hibernate and they need to be stored in cool place for a certain period. If you want to plant bulbs now, you'll have to put them in refregitor (don't freese them) for at least a month.

After doing a lot of research, I finally get an Oral-B Sonic Complete S300 Electric Toothbrush. This brush has three different speeds. The soft mode (in the middle) has a similar frequency to bumble bee. When I use it to "buzz" on tomato flowers, I can actuallly see a burst of pollens released into the air. A very effective tomato pollinator.

I find that the Sonic Electric Toothbrush is also very effective for hyacinth bean pollination.
