Squeak has had a cough for about two months now and is being treated at the vet with anti-biotics and goes again on Monday probably for an x-ray,she is now about 12 years and is doing well for her age(she is a cross persian and life expectancy is about that).
we are just hoping that its nothing to serious.

Poor Squeak, best wishes. 12 years is a great age for any cat.

I hope the x-rays prove there's nothing nasty lurking and that the vet can manage to keep that cough under control for Squeak.

Poor Glasfryn and poor Squeak! Worrying about one's animals is hard work.

Get well soon Squeak! I'm sure the antibiotics have done their job and Squeak will have more happy years with you.

Take heart, I have had cats live to 19 and 20 years old. I am sure all will be well with Squeak and am keeping y'all in my thoughts.

We have one older Kizzy who is in her 19th year and I am sure they try to outdo one another as to which is going to last the longest.

this is Kizzy when he was a good deal younger she has a few grey hairs now.

Thank you all for good thoughts

and still is some years later.
Squeak is OK just an infection which she has a different anti-biotic for 4 a day Shocked so looks like I am going to have to be inventive to get her to take them Wink
