IS IT TRUE THAT IF I BUILT A SET OF HOT BEDS THAT I COULD START MY TOMATOES A MONTH BEFORE SPRING?OR AT LEAST BE GERMINATING THE SEEDS IN IT?MY FRIEND TOLD ME THIS AND I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE NICE TO GET A JUMP.
