Today, I finally got Fintin's quilt mailed to him. I wrote him a letter and included it in the package. I know, he can't read yet. I hope they will put it in his baby book for him to read a few years from now. Now, I wait so see if it's what they were thinking about when they said they wanted an Amish quilt. I'm now in the process of planning the Winnie the Pooh quilt for Brian's niece. Her baby is due Dec. 12th. I think blocks with Pooh, Tigger, Eyore, Rabbit, Roo or Owl. I want five blocks with a pooh print between to make nine blocks. I saw the one Jubabe made for Logan and it was beautiful. I made embroider the large blocks with each animal Or make the animal out of material and embroider the scene around it. It's just in the planning stage. I got some books from the library to "set the scene" sort of.
I hope this one doesn't take as long as Fintin's.

I'd love a rapport of what Fintin thought of his quilt. Good luck on your next project Dooley.

I'll tell Tom to take a picture of Fintin on the quilt or under it. He will be three months old next week. Tom sent me a picture of him in his Halloween costume. It was an orange sleeper with a Jack-o-lantern face on the back. Strange, my "costume" that I wore to work was an orange shirt with a Jack-o-lantern face on the back. We matched, sort of. I wore black slacks with my orange shirt. dooley
