Besides flowers, I love reading, writing, gardening (not much to do right now though...winters are fast approaching). I like dogs but I do not own one. I also like the idea of having a bird for a pet, but have never had the guts to actually get one.
I have been looking around the site and find it really interesting.
Welcome Alka from Artic Norway. I know you will like it here, so make yourself at home an enjoy the forums, an if you need help, the people here are excellent and lots of info handy.

The Illinois I know is Chicago. Along with Boston and New York, the most attractive cities in USA. Gardening in such places is restricted to weather impositions. However, a lot is always possible when there is the will. Welcome to our site...........
