I like St. Bernards, they are just so big and cuddly looking. He is a beauty, what's his name?

Okay, I can't resist asking you.....do you have a little whiskey barrel to hang from his collar?

I wish we did Toni, but sadly no.
He is now 7 years old, had his b-day a few days ago and his name is Kobe.

What a cutie Penny.
My friend has 2 St. Bernards (brothers) and one hates the snow! In fact he really doesn't like being outside too much at all...he loves to sprawl out on the couch!!

Kobe is uch a gentle looking giant Penny. St Bernards have always been a favourite of mine since my veterinary days. Only problem with them is the amount of drool they can generate!!! Laughing Laughing You must post more piccies for us to see.

Lovely dog. I'd like to cuddle him and scratch behind his ears.

Thats funny Netty, because mine hates the snow too, he yelps and carries on out there like its torture for him being out there.
Mine doesnt like wood floors (which we have) so he lays in the laundry room next to the heater.
We do ""force"" him out though, he does need to get that winter coat, yep....he's a big baby!!!!

Funny when a dog doesn't like what their breed usually does like. I had a black lab mix. Water dogs, right? Nope. She'd walk a big circle just to avoid a puddle on the driveway. Retreiver right? Nope. If I threw a ball for the neighbors dog she'd duck as it went by and look at the other dog like he was nuts for chaing it and bringing it back to me. {I didnt have her as a puppy and assume no one played ball with her}

My friends St. Bernard doesn't like wood or tiled floors either! He slipped once and has never liked to walk over those slippery floors since! I guess his size must be a factor...that's a lot of dog!

He is so smart looking......Well if he doesnt like snow , wont pull a sled.
You can use him for a blanket in the laundry room.
Thanks for sharing.
