Lemon decision

    I have a large bowl of lemons and am undecided what to make with them.

    Lemon Chutney (good with fish)
    Lemon marmalade (great on toast)
    Pickled lemons (essential for morrocan and middle eastern dishes)

    Help!! :D

    LEMON CURD!!!!!! Love it I do. :D Mind you I'm really helpful 'cause I don't even have a recipe for it. :oops: :oops:

    I love lemon curd also Eileen, but I don't think it keeps for terribly long....don't the eggs go bad or something....I shall have to do some research.....

    Oh you use eggs in it - I didn't know that. :oops: You MUST post a recipe for it please EJ as I'm not joking when I say I love the stuff. :smt060 drooling just at the thought. :D
