Thank you all. Barb, you must be as mad as I am. They've got normal alpaca in burgundy, and it's nearly as soft. Wrennie, I did that several times, so there are a few mistakes in there. I've been told that if you make a flawless piece, you ought to put an error in somewhere because nobody is perfect.
You have good reason to be pleased with yourself. The only one More pleased will be the reciprient. That is just beautiful. I hope they hang it on the wall where they can admire it every time they pass. :-D
