Question My bf Marton was given a dish garden last time he was in the hospital. I finally had to seperate it all. I know the pothos, dracena(2 kinds), &peace lily, but what is this one? It has woody stems a cluster of about 4. Thats wood stove ash on the leaves theyre actually smooth & shiny.

Ardisia crenata
I tended the large adult plants in a greenhouse for a museum in DE.
As an adult, it gets a terminal cluster of white or pink flowers that turn to bright red berries and appear as a "skirt" around the stem as the plant continues to grow leaves at the top. They like bright indirect light, high humidity, and regular watering and fertilizing (every two weeks) from spring to fall with cooler temps no fertilizer and reduced water in winter.
