|
I thought you might like to see what my brother has been up to during the summer. He has a large lawned garden on a steep slope, and says the more grass he can get rid of the easier it'll be.
So one feature is a waterfall. All the cascade modules he cast himself, which took an age as he only had one mold to work with (which he made himself).
The boulders are also cast in cement/loam mix, so should get mossy in time. Some are hollow for planting in. Once the plants have become established, and fill out, it should look even better.
And I envy his outlook...that's the sea on the horizon.

Hey how about sending him up to Scotland I could do with someone just like your brother to help me in my garden. You can come too Pete as two pairs of hands make lighter work and there's plenty to do here!!!! I love the waterfall and it's going to look even better once all the planting has matured.

That looks fantastic Pete! I can't wait to see how it looks once everything has filled in. And what a great view of the ocean!

What a beautiful sight. His work is very nice and the view is one I could get use to. I would sit and take in the view every chance that I could.

The waterfall is lovely now, can't wait to see it when the plants mature. And he made all the stones himself, that's a job very well done.
Beautiful view of the sea too.
