I wanted to share a photo of my Newf enjoying a "perfect moment" in the snow. He's 7 years old and loves to be outside, especially at this time of year. He's 150 pounds of hair (and a little bit of drool), but we wouldn't trade him for anything! We also share our home with and 8 year old golden retriever. Needless to say, we're not the best housekeepers...

How adorable he is on his winter frolic! Very Happy I know what you mean about housekeeping. I have two German Shepherds and I know it's time to vacum when "doggie dustbunnies" go drifting by. Laughing

Cody and I thank you for your comments! We just got back inside after playing on the ice and snow. I have to be more careful now that he's older, as he's not as coordinated as he used to be on the icy patches.

His hair is soo shiny and he looks so happy. I would do the same if we had a snow here. My hair is not so lovely though:)

Shiney hair on doggies means Healthy.......

I feed ours table scraps, and some dog food ..He is shiny , but not like yours..
