Frank

Does Vista Premium required a newer computer with more GM or MB or whatever they are called?
My machine is 3 in July and just wondering...
Thanks

I would recommend 2GB of RAM (minimum) with Vista Home Premium. It eats memory. Running it on 1GB RAM would be possible but slow.

Another thing I would like to mention and that the Looks/Appearance of Vista that I mentioned in my review. The transparency and whiz-bang fading in/out and other superfluous effects just were not for my liking so I switched them off. Now windows instantly appear when I click them on the taskbar rather than 'animating' in like before. Plus it puts less of a stress on the memory/video card having to create the effects.
