Libby is adorable and looks so sweet. I know you will enjoy her. She looks like she made herself at home!

Hey again...did you see that a beagle won the Westminster dog show (a few years back a Newfoundland won, which is what we've got)? Here's a link to an article in the NY Times with his picture...pretty cute guy! http://www.nytimes.com/2008/02/13/sports/othersports/13westminster.html?ex=1218517200&en=f878341cbbdb948f&ei=5087&excamp=GGGNdogshow&WT.srch=1&WT.mc_ev=click&WT.mc_id=GN-S-E-GG-NA-S-dog_show

How's your pup adjusting? I hope all's going well.

Yes! I watched Uno win the Westminster on Animal Planet. That was so cool that he was the first ever Beagle to win. Uno is certainly a beautiful dog. Thanks for the link! I love that picture of him standing in his bowl.

Libby is adjusting well. She is totally in love with Stephon, my partner. Of course he's the one that takes her in the car, walks her, feeds her. Most of my time is taking care of my medical needs. Between Diabetes (Type 1 on an insulin pump), dialysis (peritoneal hooking up to a cycler machine at night) Then there's all the meds I take and have to keep track of! Taking care of myself is a full time job! I feel bad I can't do more for Libby, but I'm glad she and Stephon adore each other. It's nice just having her around. Smile

You may not be able to do a lot of the physical activities with Libby but I know she'll appreciate all your hugs. Good luck to you, and take care of yourself...I know Libby will do her best to make you happy!

Gosh Coolaslaskan

She is a little beauty and so clever.
All the best with the Diabetes treatments etc. It is a "lifestyle" to say the least.
Dogs are the best hey!
