Thanks for sharing your experiences! I'd have a cat if I could, but my allergies won't allow it. Several of my friends have cats. One, named "Sinker", sits at the end of people's docks waiting for them to catch a fish. He's become the neighborhood cat, and everyone loves him! When we go ice skating, he follows behind us on the ice. What a character!!!

I'll take my camera out the next time we go skating...with all the snow we're getting, though, it may be awhile before my ice rink gets plowed off again!

Bubba is a beautiful cat. The resemblance is amazing.
Thanks everyone for the lovely compliments yet again.
Stratsmom - I could live with Felix. (For the moment that is as far as I will go with keeping cats.)

Felix's owner will return by Sunday and then he will go back.

Snoopy (little bugger) decided that he loves Felix's sleep bed (not the one on the car roof) and promptly made himself comfortable in it.

Here is a picture of Snoopy in Felix's sleep bed.

ANd what a pity that Felix had to go back home. He actually made a friend. Here she is visiting.

She seemed much more happy to pose for photos. The other animals just do their own thing and could not be bothered to pose for a photo.

I wanted to post this last week already, but unfortunately Photobucket tuned my account grief - now it is sorted out.

This was Felix back with his owner.

and I forgot to take Felix's bed home and his friend still comes visiting - just to take a nap.

That was my brief encounter with looking after cats. Though it seems as if Felix's friend will visit from time to time even if it is just to take a nap - or maybe as long as the bed is here.

Felix is huge! The poor girl is missing her friend, I think.
