This is a great annual tree (perennial in Zone 10) fast growing Stew Face 1 . These plants are best IGNORED RATHER THAN PAMPERED except in EXTREME drought conditions. Plant in full sun on a wide range of soils. My first seed planted after 8 months I got beautiful yellow flowers and leafy structure appeal Razz . They grow easily from seed just a small snip with a nail clipper and plant. This plant is much loved here in the South since it blooms in late summer and early fall. The leaves fold up at night like a prayer plant! This is really cool to watch in the evenings! Flowers first year and now there’s pods each have 40-45 seeds in them. It's a must in the butterfly garden, as they adore this tree.

It's pretty! Wonder if I can get it as a summer plant from any of the nurseries around here.
