All the doctors seem to recommend gardening as a form of exercise  Yesterday I had to cut a hedge 300 ft. long by 14 ft. high by 4ft wide. It took six solid hours up and down ladders all day  I now have a serious case of tennis elbow (repetive strain injury) Ive just paid my doctor 45 euro for the diagnosis . His joke was "Why do you think we recommend gardening"  Bugs

My husband has had to get injections into his elbow for exactly the same thing.
