I just came back in after playing with "my boys" out in the snow. This is Skipper, and he's an 8 year old Golden Retriever. He'll continually bury and hide his ball in the snow just so he can retrieve it again. It's a heatwave out there today with temps up in the 20's F...if I use my imagination, I can almost smell the scent of spring out there!

How fun! Our heatwave today is 78!

I am not sure how Klaus and Schultze would react to snow.

It's only been raining here. Our truck was covered with ice this morning. It took dr ages to get it cleaned off enough for us to go to work. Chance doesn't like rain and it's only snowed enough for her to play in it one time. She wasn't sure what to make of it. Your dog sure looks cute with snow on her nose. dooley

Those guys sure do look nice. They are having a ball.
I reckon that you are ready for the snow to begin disappearing about now, though--right?
Is that heat wave supposed to last?

Skipper is really having fun, isn't he! Doesn't need anyone to throw the ball to him Razz Animals are so amazing and he is one handsome fellow.

A lovely, lively dog, your Skipper. Does he run from snow patch to snow patch to play when it's starting to melt?

Awww,, i just love dogs. They are so much fun. Balder does the same with show, but he hides his head in it, not a ball,,lol. He tries to tunnel his way thru the snow. altho you have a lot more snow than we do at the moment, its been strange up here.

Oh SKipper looks like he is having great fun.

I do believe that is a "golden smile" in the second picture.

He does look quite happy!!
My dog used to love the first real snowfall. She'd run around in it like a crazy girl. Then she was done. The rest of the winter she'd rather stay out of it.
