I've been messing about with this http://www.dcs.st-and.ac.uk/~morph/Transformer/index.html for a while and it is great fun, but quite freaky at the same time. You can make yourself look young / old, turn yourself in a baby, change sex or race, and make yourself look like a chimp!
Be prepared though it can be quite scary

Gee, it's quite scary just looking into a mirror in the mornings. Don't know if I could handle anymore scare.
