All,

I am currently working on colors and design work for my front room. I am looking and designing a entertainment center but want to make it look like a mantel. I would like to use Oak with a dark stain. The room currently has white trim and crown molding. I have not been able to find any resources that would let me know if this is acceptable. I would like to integrate wood into this room. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
