Anyone got any nice recipes for horseradish sauce , Mrs Bugs got a nice piece of beef and some plump horseradish . Cool Bugs

There are 100s of recipes but, for me, the essentials are:

1. Something sharp - vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire.
2. Cream, of course, for immediate use but, for keeping, mayo.
3. A microplane.
4. Mix as you see fit.
5. And DON'T BREATHE!!
6. In no order.

And freeze what root you don't use.

Thanks Tim , I made the sauce and it tastes lovely . Instead of freezing the leftover roots I planted them in pots in the hope of growing some myself . Cool Bugs
