We've got almost-sunshine, 6 deg C, no wind and dry for a change. I hope it stays like this for a week or two. Forecast says nice for three days, but they're often very wrong.

And the weather might get worse sooner rather than later - the news reports talk about Britian habiving to brace against a storm.

Hi, it was pretty rough during the night here (west Wales); the wind roaring up the valley sounded like a huge wave coming closer. No structural damage here but I'm not sure about elsewhere in the UK, will be watching the lunchtime news because there's a brief lull in the winds and then they're due to pick up again.

Round II of the storm has just hit here; lashing rain and the force of the wind is making the caravan walls bend slightly! Hairy! Thankfully, it is in a dug-out bank, so it should stay in place.

Sunny and upper 60's here in Arizona. Should be sunny and 70's tomorrow. Apricot trees are starting to bloom and four daffodils opened today. Spring must be here. dooley
