It's not quite finished yet but I couldn't resist taking a picture. It is only pinned together right now. I'm going to put it together with yarn tufts instead of quilting it. Here are just a couple of pictures of it.
There are nine blocks in all but the pictures of some of them are not so good. I will take some better pictures when it's done. The wind was blowing today and it twisted things a bit. dooley

Such a lovely quilt! You must have spent ages getting it to this stage. Aiden will be happy to have it.

I love it Dooley!!!! Winnie the Pooh is still a firm favourite over here with all ages of children. I'm really looking forward to seeing it all finished.

It really is one of a kind except for the pooh characters. I copied them from story books but all the background I added myself so even if I decided to make another it wouldn't be the same. dooley

Nice job Dooley. Everyone, even adults, love Pooh and company. I haven't attemped to quilt myself but I do love to sew and quilting is on my list one of these days. I have a sister and niece who both do a great job quilting. I can tell you from the receiving end that it will definately be cherrished forever. Happy sewing.
