Yes! finally, here in Michigan. There were 4 robins on a patch of grass where the snow had melted. They were too quick to get picts. Crying or Very sad I was soooo excited to see them and only 3 days before spring.

I have crocus up too. About the only ones that the rabbits didn't chew down.

should have gotten picts yesterday when it was nice. The flowers were opened so pretty. Today its a bit colder out and I doubt if they'll open any today.
yesterday I seen leaves to my hollyhock I planted last year and today those leaves were chewed and gone. I just hope it comes back. Just seeing these little signs gives me hope that Spring is not too far off for Michigan.

I like yellow crocus, and yours are lovely! Shame that they hide when it's cloudy, but I guess all beauties have their little quirks.

I saw some robins today, too. They don't have to wait for the snow to melt here though. Those are a good yellow color for spring. Reminds me of the little yellow chicks they used to sell for Easter. dooley

I was a little grumpy the other day, but cheered up instantly when I counted 7 Robin's in my trees! Winter here has been sooo long this year and they gave me hope.

Wow, if they're up by you guys, they must be around here too. I haven't seen any yet, but will stay optimistic!

Nice pics Petunia. I've lost my crocus to winter yet again I think as they haven't started to show yet and are usually up by now.

I did have some robins in the tree (sorry they are tough to see, I took it through a screen). We have robins all year.

This morning the cardnal was out with the juncos and sparrows. I'm sure he's been around but I haven't seen him lately. They are kind of far away but I was taking it from the back door through glass.

The red winged black birds have been invading my feeders lately but everytime I try to get a pic they fly off.

I've got a new feeder out front but haven't been able to get any pics yet.

O.K. thses are the same yellow crocus as my first picture. We've had a few sunny days. So I was able to take more picts and more crocuses have popped up since then. I have seen some green coming up from my lillies too. More robins are starting to fly around also.

I have had robins for over a month. But they were staying in the wooded areas. They can get to the worms under the dead leaves. I could hear them calling over there, even though I couldn't see them. We had rain last night and we had several robins in the drive way this morning getting the worms that had washed up from the rain.
