When I was a kid I think my dad used to plant kentucky wonders. Can someone give me some insight on which Kind of Green Beans would be best to plant in the Houston area? My daughter wanted sweet peas but I am afraid its to late, from what I read they like colder temps which are just about to an end in my area I think.

I think we have the same climate, heat an humidity. I've always planted the Kentucky Wonder with great success. I've tried the Italian Flat Bean (climber) an they did ok but the KW always out produced.
