Hi Guys!
I'm new here, I am a very avid birdwatcher, and as a lot of you may know often times that leads to butterflying. I was out photographing birds yesterday and ran across a few butterflies I need help IDing. I saw many Falcate Orangetip males, and I think this first one is a female but want to double check. It scarcely ever landed for more than half a second (literally), so the only reasonable picture I have is in flight.
The second one is some sort of Sulphur, I really stink at sulphurs, so need some help.

EDIT: here are the pictures

Could you have a "cloudless sulphur" butterfly, featherbrain? Question See what you think:

The first one looks a lot like the Southern Dogface (Colias cesonia) because of the pink edges to the wings
The spots are similar to the Sulphur but they don't have the pink edges.

My first guess on the second one is a Cabbage White but I am not sure, I will have to find my other butterfly book and check it out.
