Is the first one fragrant? and does sap ooze out when you pluck out a flower? It looks rather like a variant of Tabernaemontana or a closely related species. These plants belong to the Apocynaceae family, which includes frangipani and hoyas. The flowers are usually fragrant but almost all parts are poisonous.

Actually, the first one is odorless, but it DOES oozes white sap continuously when the flower is plucked. What could it be?

The first one looks like Jasmine to me. But then again, I am not an expert. Whatever it is, it is so beautiful and delicate.
So is the second one.

the white one looks like jasmine to me also but the one we have has a deep pink tinge to the buds which open into lovely star like white flowers and flowers through winter
