I seen these at our local store the other day and knew I just had to buy them. The price was right too. Especially when I got up to the counter and they rang in cheaper then the assumed sale price I couldn't believe it. $2.50 What a steal. Smile
mini daffy's

These I threw for good measure. Their more of my first flowers in my yard.
pink hycinth

my first tulip, though small I don't know why.

What a great bargain those daffs were!!! Your hyacinths are a lovely delicate shade of pink and I really like your first tulip Petunia. Stew Face 1

Yay, you've got spring colour! It's so nice to be satisfied with a bargain, and suddenly it's an even better bargain. Congratulations. Very Happy

I love the smell of hyacinths. Last week there were some in pots at the store. I kept going around and around that aisle so I could smell them. I'm going to grow some one of these years. I don't know why I didn't buy some bulbs when I bought all the daffodil and tulip bulbs. Great flowers, Petunia! dooley

Oh my, 'tunia....those daffs WERE a good deal. Will you set them in the ground after they have bloomed out?
The delicate colour of the hycinths are also quite lovely.

That tulip is a lovely thing. I can't see the stem, how short/tall is is anyway? I hope that more come up for you (and thus, US). Wink

U did get a good deal, I love hyacinths to an don't know why I haven't planted more. A friend gave me some Roman hyacinths that are starting to bloom. I planted them late so they may not all bloom out this season.

Thanks for the nice comments.
Sjoerd: I will be putting them in but (scratching my head) I just don't know where yet. Maybe, in the front yard or in front of the pond, hmm not sure, but I'll deffinatly find a place for them before it gets too late Smile.
Also the tulip(s) have a short stem. another one budded yesterday (Sunday) but had closed up by the time I noticed it. I'll have to get a picture & post that one-it also has a short stem which seems very odd to me.
