The last hurrah!

Category: Flower Pics | Posted: Thu Nov 02, 2006 11:30 pm

I have been so busy with packing and organizing that I miss being out with the flowers.

Dh bought me a new camera so I thought I'd take some pics of my current garden to relax. The bugs must be getting ready for a well earned vacation soon as they were everywhere.

I'm hoping to be able to take some of these lovely blooms with me. They are still blooming their hearts out right now. Nice to see a bit of color when the days get shorter.

Thanks guys!

Those are Dendranthema x rubellum "Sheffield Pink" aka Daisy Mums. Quite possibly my favorite plant ever. Easy to take care of, drought tolerant and bloom even after a frost.

Usually the last thing to flower in my garden.
