Seedlings still growing, but snow keeps falling.
Category: New seedlings, new hope for warmth. | Posted: Sun Feb 25, 2007 10:01 pm Ahh, the weekend is finally over. Work at the hotel was full of hockey families and Manitobans. It was a pretty lax weekend there, but I am glad it's over. My seedlings are doing great. The only one I am waiting on to sprout is the Delphinum. I see something coming up on one, but the others are taking some time. My viola and tomatoes are popped up and doing well, but some thinning will need to be done...I wonder when it's safe to do that? I just purchased an African Violet to stick under my plant lights. I read up on it, so hopefully i'll get some blooms out to see what color it will be. The snow is just stacking outside like crazy. I guess we are in for a couple more days of snow. At least it was the last time I checked. Oh well, I guess it will be march real soon. So I don't have too much time to wait for this weather to take a complete turn-around. I will be putting on pictures later. My room-mate is playing the Sims on my computer with the pictures on it. : ) Until later, Mike Last edited: Sun Feb 25, 2007 10:04 pm This blog entry has been viewed 216 times

Glad to know that your seedlings are coming along so well. :-)
Sounds like yours are doing better than mine, the few I have started anyway. Good luck with them.
Things are starting to show themselves, that's great ;) On a slightly note I wonder why no-one has ever created a gardening game. It could be quite nice to have running on your desktop and tending to it from time to time :) Login or register to leave a comment. |
