Aquaponics Life... 150119Sorry for the late update. This is the few thing that i have done for my Aquaponics. Started a few new seed for the grow bed.

( photo / image / picture from monster2020's Garden ) Not sure why my lettuce wount grow already they are stuck at that stage. Check on my narrate are good only thing i suspect are the PH and Light. Can anybody help me on this ? PH is around 7 to 7.2 Nitrate is around 20 to 40 PPM Light source is 18watt florescence light + sun light next to windows.
