Not much going on here. It finally stopped raining yesterday, after 4 days of drizzle. It was bright and sunny on Wed. so I was able to mow the grass and get most of the leves chopped up. Will have to do them again as only about half of them are down. This morning the temperature was at 31 deg. F when I got up, and I had some white patches of frost on the ground. This was the first time that we have gotten below freezing this season.
Went out into the yard for a couple of snapshots:

This is the sugar maple in the back yard. It is the type that the sap is collected in mid-Feburary and then boiled down into Maple Syrupe for on pancakes and waffles.

This one is my Autumn Joy hedge. I split 4 plants into these about 4 years ago and they need to be split again. I will leave the bloom stalks up all winter as the birds will feed some off the seeds and they are pretty with little tufts of snow on them too.

This is a view of the field behind my property. It is part of what was my mother and father's farm and where I grew up. The had 162 acres at one time. After my mothers death in 2002 at age 89, the farm came to me and my 2 brothers. We cash rented the tillable land for about 6 years and the sold it to the guy who had been farming it. The field was in soybeans and they have been harvested. The woods also belonged to us and I used to hunt for squirrels and deer as a kid. As you can see the leaves are just starting to change color, but will speed up now that we got the heavy frost this morning.

Sometimes I miss the season changes.
We lived in Illinois and Wisconsin until 1989. Arizona has season changes but not like the ones in the Midwest. We haven't had frost but there was heavy dew this morning.

dooley, I know what you mean. We lived in Florida for 5 years and missed the season change. That was one of the reasons we moved Back to Ohio.
