Rustic Cedar Bench

Category: Cranbrooks Lawn and Garden Ornaments | Posted: Sun May 28, 2006 11:21 am

This is a 5 ft cedar bench i made from 60 yr old reclaimed cedar and some left over cedar logs.
The first picture is of my son jamie (left) and one of his workers.
This bench cost $ 5.00 to build and took me 6 hours to complete.

Well it may have cost $5 to build but it's definitely worth more that that now John :D That looks so different than any bench you find in a garden centre. Great work.

Thank you jubabe
i notched the seat into all 4 legs so it should never come apart.

You do some beautiful work. Love this one a lot. I guess its the over sized look. I've been looking for a bench for over 5 years and just haven't found any I like. Now thanks to u I never will LOL LOL
