Broccoli

Category: Village Square | Posted: Sun Dec 28, 2008 8:24 pm

Today on inspection, we noticed the Broccoli is sending out side heads. We were totally amazed. We're still in the 60's, so I don't know if it's the unusual weather or the boxes.

Cool! Are you going to harvest and eat it?

You bet! Right now we are cutting spinach leaves for salad. Garlic is growing well too. The garden plot is too small to get enough of any one thing, so we hope to get a much bigger yeild with the boxes and make it all worth the effort.

Congratulations, GG--this is great news. Congrats on your broccoli. Do take some pics to show these babies.
