We finally got some rain today!

Category: Pianolady's Gardens | Posted: Thu Aug 21, 2008 7:57 pm

We didn't get much rain, it was more of a constant drizzle, but I'll take it. It won't be enough to really help the gardens, but made a few rain photos possible. These are all the seedheads from Jackmanii clematis vines.

This one was too big to post, but you can click here to see it.

Congratulations on your rain. The seedheads with drops are very nice. The look is what we Norwegians call "trolsk" - troll like, a word that describes a certain feeling in the photos.

They look like fairy umbrellas. So nice that you can find the beauty around you.

We are still waiting for the rain from the hurricane . . . hopefully tomorrow. Piano Lady . . . you certainly have an eye for detail. I love your pics, and am happy that you got some rain.
