Snow is here!!

Category: My roses | Posted: Mon Oct 30, 2006 9:07 am

I haven't been feeling all that great the last few weeks because of the morning sickness and I'm not sleeping at night hardly at all. So tonight, Richie and I were watching all the shows on ghosts and haunted places and carving pumpkins. Well, we finished carving one of them and went to put it on the porch and there was about 2-3 inches of snow on the ground and it's coming down pretty hard. It's pretty, with really big snowflakes, so I am going to try to get some pictures of it tonight and I will take more tomorrow so you can see all of it. Hopefully my roses are nice and warm. It is supposed to warm back up at the end of next week, so that will be nice. I'm trying to get on here more, but this nausea just won't let up. Hopefully it will in the next couple of weeks! Take care!

How I wish that the morning sickness would clear up for you Heather and that you could get a decent nights sleep. I think of you often and still have my fingers tightly crossed for you.

Strangely enough we haven't even had a frost here in Scotland yet - let alone snow. I'll look forward to see your piccies. Take care hun.

We only see snow when we travel to where it is. I do love it, but not if I have to live in it and shovel it and drive in it and walk in it and, well, you get the idea.

Lived in Wisconsin for many years and had more snow than anyone deserves. Now we do see some snow here in the mountains, but whoever puts it here can melt it away again. We don't do snow shovels. Stay well and warm.

Thanks for the prayers about the morning sickness. I guess I'm just sick and tired of being sick and tired..ya'll know what I mean? It snowed about 4 to 5 inches overnight and as soon as the sun came up, it pretty much melted. But I did manage to get a couple of pictures before it all melted. It is supposed to be really cold tomorrow night, like the high is going to be 23 degrees and the low is 15 degrees! So Trey won't be out too long to trick or treat. He is going to dress up as a cowboy, so I will add pictures soon, hopefully tomorrow night!
