Went to the doctor today...

Well, I had another 2 week check up today and I thought everything would go great and it did, except I didn't gain any more weight and my blood pressure was a little higher today than it has been the whole pregnancy. That is what happened when I was pregnant with Trey, except it went really high about a week before my due date and Trey was delivered a week early. It is happening pretty early this time around. But the doctor said he wasn't worried just yet and I will see him again in 2 weeks, unless I start having the symptoms of preclampsia (pregnancy related high blood pressure) So just keep us in your thoughts. Logan is doing well, he is head down(for now) and is kicking my ribs and lungs all the time. I didn't feel that with Trey. He was breech the entire time, so this feeling is new to me and boy does it hurt!!But at least I know he is ok. I had Richie take a picture of me today since I am 32 weeks along or in other words 8 months. It was a pretty day today, but it was still a little chilly but hopefully it will stay nice outside.



So far so good...Now if only I could gain a little more weight!!! I will let ya'll know how my next doctor's visit goes in 2 weeks!!

I'm so pleased to hear that the doctor isn't too worried at the moment Heather - long may it last!!! Can I keep a copy of your lovely photograph to show my family please? I've been telling them all about you and I know they'd love to see you.

I hope that your blood pressure doesn't rise any more and that you'll manage to put on a little weight before Logan is born. Take care of yourself - not long to go now.

Ahhhhh, the feet under the ribs feeling. The ribs on my right stuck out further than those on my left side for a few months after Lisa was born.
She weighed 9lbs 2oz and was 21.5 inches long so her feet had to go somewhere.

I am really excited to finally be un-pregnant and I get to hold Logan and see how Trey reacts to his little brother. I think he will be leary at first, but he loves babies so it shouldn't take long. Eileen, you sure can have a copy of my picture...I sure am glad I took the time to put on a little makeup!! :) Thank you for all the prayers and good thoughts. I will keep ya'll updated on everything!

Thanks cajunbelle.. I don't look to thrilled in that picture, but I wasn't mad or anything, the sun was in my eyes and we were on our way to the doctor, so Richie just took the picture real fast.
