My tulips are definately dead

Well, I was just tinkering around the yard today taking some new pictures of the roses and decided to dig up one of the tulips that had turned brown after Trey watered them too well. The bulb is a mushy and Mama (glendann) said that they were ruined by all the water. So I will dig them up and replant them all this fall. At least a few bloomed before Trey attacked. I also found 2 iris had bloomed and our neighbors' dog walked all over the top of one of them, but the other was standing tall and I got a picture of it, so I will post it as soon as I can.

Oh Heather I'm sorry about your tulips!! Frank is right about boys being boys,if I had only lost a few plants since my boys were small I would be very happy!! One time Alan was outside playing and bought flowers inside and said "Mommy I picked some flowers for you!!" They were the neighbors new mums she had just planted!! He had the roots and all in his little hand!! I stood there with my mouth gaping open for what seemed forever!! Then I explain to him, without hurting his tiny feelings how happy I was he had picked flowers for me but from then on he had to ask before he could pick anymore flowers!! Then it was off to the neighbors with the sad mum to explain to the neighbor what had happened!! She thought it was soooo cute and was not upset at all!! I had him help me replant it and eveything was fine!!LOL!
