over hulling the old garden
Category: my greenhouse | Posted: Tue Sep 30, 2008 3:52 am My first time trying the slide show. Hope you will watch it. It takes a few minutes, but it gives you an idea of the work that was done. Next we need to bring the tractor back in and flatten out the dirt and make sure its all level. Thanks for watching. http://s238.photobucket.com/albums/ff272/little-sister_2007/garden%20overhule/?action=view¤t=bde6ecb5.pbw Last edited: Tue Sep 30, 2008 3:59 am This blog entry has been viewed 124 times

And your yard looks like the moon now? What a lot of work! Some of those roots were really huge. I'm glad you had a tractor to help you with those stumps and also to help you with the leveling. I'd love to hear about what you've got planned for that area.
Remarkable fotos, Petunia.
OMG you certainly had your work cut out with those tree stumps!!! I bet you're glad to see them all gone so that you can get on with levelling the ground. Once it's all flat are you going to mark out beds? Oh this is all really exciting as I love to se a garden develop from scratch. Keep those photographs coming.
WOW, how many tree stumps were there? It is a wonder you didn't pull the bumper of the vehicles! Like Sjoerd said, and to think the wind can uproot them with no problem.
Thats kinda funny Kg because he did back up and bent the ball that we were hooking the chain up to. Another thing was funny that the tractor couldn't get that last stump but the bronnco pulled it right out.
My goodness . . . you folks have been quite busy. Those stumps are huge . . . what kind of trees were they? I am happy for you that you got the job done.
