I bought some daisies last year. They were supposed to be perennials so I'm hoping they will come back this spring. They look so bright. I hope yours are blooming when we come. dooley

Heyyyyyyy... I liked 'em too! ha ha ha. These are great little flowers, aren't they. I'll bet you can't wait to get them planted, eh? Yoiu are going to have a showy garden this year, Glendann.
The apricot Azaleas I find particularly lovely.
Thank you so much for showing these.

That Calla Lily is also beautiful We call then Arum Lilys here.
I have been threatening to get a whole bunch of them and plant them all along the canal, but my partner has so far been able to talk sense into my head. hahahaha. They are gorgeous, though.

glendann the daisies are so pretty. Have you planted azaleas before? I just bought three white ones but I am uncertain the best location in the yard. The front of the house faces south so it is full sun all day. The right side is morning sun and the left is afternoon. Any suggestions?

glendann wrote on Tue Mar 18, 2008 3:00 am:

Yes I have about 6 azaleas .I will take a couple of pictures tomorrow They are getting fairly big .I plant thm next to my house in the front so they get mostly morning sun I have 2 or three more that haven't grown at all .They are in the full sun.I feed them azalea plant food.

budagardener wrote on Tue Mar 18, 2008 9:27 pm:

Okay, I didn't realize there was azalea food...I'll have to look for it.
I was thinking down here morning sun would be the best, so that will help determine where to plant.
I just love the photos you post!
