Famous lady visited yesterday

I was at work yesterday and this famous lady Elsie the Bordens cow visited us as her handlers stopped for gas on the way back to Dallas.She is such a beautiful lady and oh so friendly.She sure rides in style too.This is the 30th generation of Elsie.She is a beautiful Jersey cow.

I do hope you enjoy the pictures.





She did welcome me with a mooooo.





On her way out of the drive she seems to be saying goodbye.




She sure rides in style in a beautiful rig.

Jersey cows are the loveliest cows I know of. Wonder if I could have one as a pet? It wouldn't be treated as royally as Elsie, mind. I'd be over the moon to travel in a rig like hers.

I named my heifer Elsie when I was 12 years old so Elsie goes way back.
