Seed planting

Category: Planted seeds today in my little greenhouse | Posted: Mon Mar 05, 2007 6:22 am

I planted lots of seeds today with the help of Cheyenne and Rachel(Cheyenne's cousin). This is how I planted them.I have crafts sticks to write on to label them.

This is what I saw when I opened the door.My Verbena
has really been at work.

I filled up my work bench so my next days off I'll put more shelves in there to put these on so I will have room to work on.

The other end of my work bench.

Some on a bench I have some plants on.The ones in the red pans

The shelves I put in to help make room in there.I
put some of my seeds in those .I do have a little more room to put more.

Cheyenne and Rachel sitting on their discovery for me
and old wooden canoe they filled it with compost
for me to plant in.I'll take a better picture of it when I get it painted.

You've certainly been busy you three haven't you? Now it's the anticipation stage before the seedlings all start to appear - I love that time!!

Your verbena is really looking good. I have some in the back garden and it only flowers when they stalks reach 6 feet.

What a busy lady Glenda, now that you have that done you can relax a bit and watch the magic begin :) Nice to have helpers too.

I love your set up for seedlings. And your helpers look like they are having a ball.

Lucky Glenda, I really miss my greenhouse. Cheyenne and Rachel look as pleased as punch about their discovery. They must have known how much it would please you to have something else to plant in. Try an ornamental sweet potato vine spilling out at one end.

Everything looks soooo good. Can't wait for more pictures as they grow.

I love the planted canoe idea, that will look so neat when it is fully planted.

I really had a good time with those to girls. They are good little helpers and oh so much fun.I'll have to try the sweet potato vine Cajunbelle .I was thinking of adding a bed all
around the bottom of the canoe.that way maybe with a double layer it would look better. One layer from the ground and maybe shorter ones in the canoe.Still thinking about it.

Maybe you could find some bluish-white flowers so it looks like the canoe is in water. Dooley
