We discovered the Bunny Wabbit is a female

Category: The Notorious Mrs Bunny Wabbit | Posted: Wed May 09, 2007 6:20 pm

The rabbit that was digging up the tulips here in the yard has a new place to dig.She is building a nest under the water hose spool.Hope you can see the hole she dug.Richie hads thrown these rugs out the door to take to the shop in Laural .Hasn't left with them yet.

She was headed to the hole when I came out the door and turned and ran.I didn't realise her mouth was full.

All at once she turned around and headed back to the hole with me standing there in the door way .She really was brave and determand to do what she started to do.She is so funny to watch.

Her Mouth is full of grass

Needless to say No Wabbit Stew.

A determined Mom at work. No wabbit stew but probably lots of baby bunnies.

so cute! Wonder if she gave up on the hole? Or maybe built a new entrance somewhere nearby?

If she is as persistent as that squirrel we have she has built another entrance. Dooley

oh how cute, I want bunnies but can't get them right now. I wish you could send me Heather's. I'll bet Trey is tickled pink when he sees the bunny.

well I learned that tulip bulbs are edible. Not that I see many around here. I doubt if I would have found that bunny-bun cute, eating my lilies. Nice photos and to see her actually making the nest. Yes, I am softening up too.

I am always threatening animals but would never harm one.I might think about it but thats all it is just a thought:)

Just think of it as another form of gardening like mint rabbits will spread. But as with mint havesting is a must or it will spread and take over. Just think more rabbits = more Rabbit Stew! =D
