Christmas wishes

long time since i wrote. i have been busy for the past two weeks. happy that our son is home on holidays from his work place. we also went visiting my mother. kerala is a beautiful place to be at any time of the year. enjoyed three days there.
making preparations for the Christmas now. we make a lot of cookies and fried eatables which can be stored for some time. because of the hot climate, and the humidity, things go bad very soon. still, for one month, it is safe.
when i see the photographs of snow covered landscape, i alwys wonder, when it is so hot here, there are places freezing. i only can imagine it, since i have not seen the snow so far.

What a coincidence that your posting came today, as I have just put on my version of Chicken Khorma for this evenings' meal. I'll just leave it for a few hours and we'll have a late supper this evening.
Kerala is such a beautiful region. Whomever thought up the term, "Tropical Paradise" must have been thinking of Kerala. The People down there are also quite nice and very different from many of the more northern folk that I encountered.
I hope that this season finds you and your family healthy and peaceful.
