Beautiful September Morning

Silver Lace Vine September Bloom ( photo / image / picture from Newfpaws's Garden )

I took this on the morning of September 18th. This silver lace vine is highly invasive but so beautiful I can't bring myself to get rid of it. In Feb of this year it only touched above the top of the gazebo on one side. Now look at it. To me it is breathtaking. I just whack it back alot during the summer. It even grows up through the cracks in the gazebo floor. I love my yard!

What a lovely spot. I can see why you love it. A weed is only a plant in the wrong spot. Obviously the silver lace vine is in the right spot. :)

What a lovely garden you have!!! The Silver Lace Vine IS considered a weed but a very lovely one. The only thing that attacks it is the Japanese Beetle so it's relatively pest free and yours is a real beauty.
