A Day At The Farm

Category: My Mini Farm | Posted: Mon Mar 16, 2009 5:42 am

Welcome to my mini farm. We have slowly begun to aquire animals and gardens. Our first farm animals were our chickens and then ducks. We are now getting turkeys and goats. We are enjoying the fresh eggs and the antics of all our crazy farm animals. My husband has been working hard to get all our animals in new homes. I have been doing reserch on things to grow for feeding our animals. I have many gardens that provide food for us and the animals.Today we spent a beautiful day working in the yard preparing for our new animals and spring.

A mini farm sounds very nice indeed. We had hens, but the neighbours weren't too happy with that, so now we've only got the cats here. I'd love to have more room around us for animals and for growing.

Reading your entry made me a little homesick for my parent's farm at home. Sounds like you are having lots of fun :)

A mini farm would be a lovely place to live. Do you have pictures of your animals and gardens you can share?

Hi everyone,
I do have pics. I am just trying to figure out how to resize them. I am such a computer dimwit at times

Good luck with your menagerie. Sounds like a big job. Glad you enjoy it.
