A trip to the mountains.

Category: My Garden Birds | Posted: Thu Jul 08, 2010 11:14 pm

Just a quick trip up Island to Mt. Washington. Its about 145 miles north of us. It was a little early but as I had a visitor staying we had no option but to go now. There was still lots of snow and water running everywhere, so it was 2 or 3 weeks to early for the flowers. I'll go back then. We did see the Gray Jay and juveniles, some nice scenery and there were a few flowers about.

Wonderful landscapes - especially with snow at this time of year. Great shots of the Gray Jays.
