Bewicks Wren

Category: My Garden Birds | Posted: Tue Apr 14, 2009 4:11 am

Thank you all for the messages, I appreciate you looking at the birds. The Bewicks wren has nested in the back garden and is always around the sun deck. Doesn't stay put too long though.

Wrens are such charming little birds. We have them in our garden and they are THE most difficult birds to get a snap of as they flit around never seeming to stop for breath. Well done in getting such a great picture of yours. One day I'll catch my own with the camera too but it may be a while.

They don't get much cuter or fragile than the wren. Thanks for posting.

awww thats a nice looking lil bird there...

do you have like zoom lenses and stuff, im sure you do..

i would like to get one for the wildlife i see in my back yard..

the other day i was looking out of the window and i saw about 5 blackbirds land in once spot close to the door and start walking around looking for worms and also holding their heads up to the sky. A squirrel also bounced by at the same time and went looking for seeds in the grass below the feeder on the fence.
