The rufous arrives around March 24th. We haven't seen a lot of them this year, perhaps the Anna's keeps them away from the feeders here.

Oh how cute. How'd you even get lucky to get that shot? I've been sitting out every morning and I can't get a shot of the blue jays or woodpeckers out front! Haha And today one landed 3 feet from me and I didn't have my camera ready go figure!
